In our first conversation, we learn about your child’s strengths, challenges, and your family’s goals. This helps us understand how we can best support you.
Our specialists carry out a thorough assessment that looks at different areas of your child’s development, such as how they express and understand language, their social skills, and any challenging behaviors, along with other important needs.
Based on the assessment, we design a personalized plan—combining ABA, speech, or remedial therapies—ensuring it’s fun, effective, and suited to your child’s unique journey.
Therapy begins with a personalized behavior intervention plan. Our team carefully collects and monitors data to make sure the plan is effective and brings the best results, while always using approaches that encourage your child’s comfort, choice, and participation.
We believe progress is ongoing. With regular updates, parent training, and school support, we walk alongside your family to ensure your child keeps moving forward.

Stepping Stones was born out of both a mother’s love and a professional calling. My journey as a behavior analyst and as a parent to two neurodivergent children has shaped the heart of everything we do here—combining evidence-based care with deep empathy for families.
I hold a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Kansas, and I’m certified as both a Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) and an International Behavior Analyst (IBA). Along the way, I’ve contributed to research in Pre-School Life Skills and Parent Training, reflecting my passion for making learning practical and impactful.
Over the past five years, I’ve worked across a variety of settings—1:1 therapy sessions, classroom support, inclusive education training, and parent coaching. But more than credentials, my journey as a mother has given me a unique perspective on the challenges and hopes families carry.
